If you are already on a prescription
Keep buying it where you buy it. D.Watson and Dvago both stock tamsulosin properly and cheaply. Nothing on this website replaces a tablet a urologist put you on — that is a conversation for him.
D. Watson Chemist in Blue Area has been serving Islamabad since long before most of the products on its shelves existed. If you live in Pindi or Islamabad it is probably your medical store. It is still not where you will find our jar, and the reason is about what a counter can and cannot tell you.
Open the prostate section of the D.Watson website and you get 42 products, filterable by active ingredient and by manufacturer. Tamsulosin alone has nineteen entries. It is a well-built catalogue and genuinely useful if you already know what you came for.
There is not one sentence of explanation on it. Not what an alpha blocker does, not how long it takes, not why one saw palmetto is 160 mg and the next is 450, and not a word about the fact that taking tamsulosin with a tadalafil tablet can put your blood pressure on the floor — although both are sold from the same pages.
That is not a criticism of the shop. A shop sells what you ask for. But a man of fifty-five standing at a counter with a symptom he has not described to anyone in two years is not in a position to ask for the right thing, and the person opposite him has six people in the queue.
Every order that comes through this website gets a call before anything is dispatched. Not a confirmation text — a call, in Urdu, from someone who can tell you what is in the capsule, what the dose is, when to expect anything to change, and when the answer is that you should see a urologist rather than buy from us.
That call costs us money on every order and it is the main reason we are not a retail brand. You cannot put it on a shelf.

| Privacy | You ask for it out loud in a queue | Plain packing, no product name outside |
Dawn has reported that around 85 per cent of medicines sold in Pakistan are substandard or counterfeit, and DRAP has found more than half of tested samples of certain life-saving medicines to be fake. Every one of those reached a patient through a distribution chain and a counter. We are not suggesting D.Watson is careless — we are saying that once our jar enters that chain, our word about it is worth nothing, and at Rs 10,900 our word is most of what you are buying.

It did not come from us. We supply no pharmacy or medical store in Pakistan. Call +92 21 3527 4816 and tell us which shop, because we would like to know.
Rs 10,900, delivered free, paid at your gate
Leave your name and number. Our agent calls you the same working day and you can ask him anything before a parcel is booked.
From our Karachi office to Islamabad, Rawalpindi and everywhere else we ship. Two to three working days.
No. We do not supply D.Watson or any other medical store. Everything we sell leaves our own office in Karachi.
A distributor margin plus a retail margin would take the jar to about Rs 14,500, and it would end our ability to trace a batch once it left us. We would also lose the call, which is the part of this that we think actually helps people.
Then this product is not for you, and we would rather say that than sell you something through a channel we cannot stand behind. Prozon at Rs 850 and Herbiotics saw palmetto at Rs 1,650 are on the shelves and are decent products.
Two to three working days from Karachi. The rider calls before he arrives.
Leave your number on this page and our agent will call you. That call is where the order actually gets placed.
