Privacy policy

From the order form: your name and your mobile number. Nothing else. There is no address field on this website, no CNIC field, no email field and no payment page — the address is taken verbally by our agent when he calls you.

Automatically, when you submit the form: your IP address, your browser user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived through. This is standard web-server information and it is used to route the order and to tell which pages produce orders.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run remarketing pixels, and we set no cookies for advertising purposes. The site stores one item in your browser’s session storage to remember campaign tags between pages; it is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device.

Your name and number go to our order desk in Karachi so an agent can call you and confirm the address. Once you confirm, the name, number and address go to the courier so the rider can find you. That is the whole route.

Order processing and call-centre handling for this product are carried out by our fulfilment partner under contract. They receive only what is needed to call you and deliver a parcel. They are not permitted to use your details for anything else and not permitted to pass them on.

We do not sell data. Not to advertisers, not to other supplement companies, not to anybody. Nobody outside our order chain receives your number.

Order records are held for two years, which covers the tax and accounting requirements we are subject to as a registered company in Pakistan. Details of orders that were never completed — you left a number and then decided against it — are deleted after ninety days.

Call recordings, where they exist, are kept for ninety days for quality purposes and then deleted.

Write to [email protected] or call +92 21 3527 4816 and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do it within seven working days and we do not ask you to explain why.

If you would rather we did not call you again, say so on the call or write to the same address. The number comes off the list that day.

This policy was last revised on 20 September 2026. If we change it we will change this date, and any change that affects what we do with existing data will be notified to affected customers by phone.
