How an order works
Two fields on this page and a phone call. That is the whole process.

You leave a name and a mobile number
Nothing else. We do not ask for your address on the website, we do not ask for a CNIC, and there is no payment page on this site because we never built one.

Our agent calls you back
Between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm, in Urdu. He confirms the address, tells you which day to expect the rider, and answers whatever you want to ask. If you decide against it on that call, nothing is dispatched and that is the end of it.

The parcel goes out from Karachi
Booked the same or next working day with a national courier. The outer packing carries your name, your address and our return address. Nothing on it says prostate and nothing on it says NixMen.

You pay the rider
Cash, at your gate, once the parcel is in your hand. Check the seal before you pay — if it is broken, refuse the parcel and call us. We will send another.
How long it takes to your city
These are working days from dispatch, and they are honest rather than flattering. Delivery success in Pakistan runs around 80 per cent in Karachi and closer to half that in Gilgit, and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

During Eid the whole courier network slows for five to seven days. If you are running low, order the week before.
What we will not do
Sell through a marketplace
If you see NixMen listed on Daraz or any other marketplace, it did not come from us. Call our office before you buy it.
Put your number anywhere else
The number you leave goes to our order desk so an agent can call you. It is not sold, shared or used for anything else.
Why we do not stock pharmacies
Two reasons, and we have written both out in full: why NixMen is not on Dvago and why it is not at D.Watson. The short version is that a distributor margin plus a retail margin would put this jar near Rs 14,500, and that a shelf is a place where we lose sight of our own product.

Questions we get on the phone
Is delivery free?
Yes, everywhere we ship. The Rs 10,900 is the whole cost and the rider will not ask you for anything on top.
Can I pay online?
No. This site has no payment page. You pay cash to the rider when the parcel reaches you.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
You can inspect the outer box and the seal, and you should. Full opening before payment is not something the couriers in Pakistan support, and we are not going to promise you something they will not do. If the seal is broken, refuse it and call us.
Will my family know what is in the box?
Not from the box. There is no product name and no description on the outside — just your name, your address and our return address.
What if nobody calls me?
Call us on +92 21 3527 4816 between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm. Occasionally a number comes through wrong by one digit and the call never connects.
Do you deliver to Balochistan?
No. Our courier cannot support cash on delivery reliably across the province, so we do not take orders we would fail to fulfil.
